The room was spacious and had a great view of the sea, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful.

We were made to feel really welcome by the helpful and lovely people there. The room was spotless and kept so despite our dragging in of sand. It was quiet in the room even when there was singing in one of the tavernas down the promenade. We wanted to stay in Kissamos in an hotel which was run by Greeks people. These were real and very nice Greek people. We got to know them and they couldn't have been more helpful.There is plenty of marvellous places to see and things do in the area; we visited Poliriinia for the Minoan City, Falasarna, Paleochora and Ravdoucha Bay for the beaches and went on the Balos boat trip. The water is beautiful clear and clean everywhere. The tavernas and the food in Kissamos itself are good and the Raki delightful.

I would like the hotel to buy a couple of tons of sand and dump it over the edge of the promenade so I don't have to walk to sand. But I'm a bit lazy!

Comfort and being able to make cups of tea whenever needed!Also off season and flexible. As ferry didnot run allowed to stay in room all day.Helped to get us tickets and liased with travel office re next ferry etc. and kept us informed so extremely helpful and accommodating.Wonderful position on promanade with sea only feet away(although a bit wild when we were there).

Beautiful location so close to the most beautiful beach and restaurants. the staff was very very helpful. Quiet atmosphere. We had an amazing stay.

We stayed here for 2 super nights. Great location, the area in general was great close to the waterfront among several restaurants as well as the bus stop with the office. Food for breakfast was fabulous.

I spent 3 nights at Mandy Suites in Kissamos and loved it. the room was spotless and had a fantastic view of the sea. the pool was lovely and the staff was really helpful and excellent. the atmosphere was quiet, and the strong wifi allowed me to easily post videos.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. A very clean studio that was a good size with a separate kitchen and dining room. There was a sea view from the bedroom and two balconies. The rooms were cleaned every day except Sundays and the towels were changed every other day. The town was a 5 minute walk from the hotel and there were numerous tavernas on the sea front just outside the hotel. Two big supermarkets were also within walking distance from the hotel. The best beaches in Crete are easily reachable by bus or by car. An ideal place to relax in a friendly and laid-back atmosphere.

There weren't enough kitchen utensils in the studio (pots and pans, etc.) but once we asked for more they were quickly provided. Water overflowed from the floor drain in the bathroom every time you used the sink.

Iliked the owner and her staff very helpful & friendly, the place was spotless clean towels etc every other day. Location was great bars & tavernas on your doorstep & a very short walk into town or sandy beach. We loved it & would stay there again.

Staff were competent. Location was exceptionally nice next to the sea. Next to restaurants and the most beautiful beach. Very good breakfast. the room had fantastic views of the sea.

The hotel's central location was convenient for visiting popular attractions like Phalasarna, Elafonisi, and Balos. Mandy Suites was in close proximity to Sunset Tavern, making it easy to enjoy meals nearby.
